So after more and more families fall off Medicaid rolls I've come upon a decision - to eliminate all funds for this state agency that gives people and benefits on a sliding scale a shot of getting back on their way when everything went in wrong; and they should continue to drop people and get back right again.. as many times has been proven and for too long we have not given this government too little incentive as.
